What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 12:00 noon. We are happy to store luggage, and early check-in can usually be arranged if you message us your arrival time.
How far is the hotel from Jaipur Airport?
Around 20 minutes (12 km) by car. We arrange airport transfers for all suites and penthouses, and on request for other rooms — just send your flight details on WhatsApp.
Do you have parking and EV charging?
Yes. Complimentary valet parking for residents, and two EV charging bays in the basement.
Is the hotel suitable for children?
Very. Children under 6 stay free in their parents' room, cribs are complimentary, and the pool has a shallow section. We can arrange a babysitter with a day's notice.
Can you host weddings or private events?
Yes — the courtyard seats up to 120 guests, Marigold's rooftop can be hired exclusively for 60, and the Jaali Room seats 14 for private dining. Our events team will plan the rest.
What is your cancellation policy?
On flexible rates, cancellation is free up to 72 hours before arrival. Peak dates such as Diwali and New Year may carry a 7-day policy, which is always shown before you confirm.
